what i mean it good service is that a waiter that willing to fullfill the customer
request without complaining and always has a smiling face to the
customer.Also a person that knows how to manage his service good and
in order.I been under a good service and a bad service.This category fall
to every business not only in food industry.There was story begins like ...
I was in this place i made a call that i order this food A and i told the
person that i will be coming in 15 min time .... after 15 min i came i took the
order and went home! when i went home i realise that the workers there
mix up my food and other ppl food! i order food A but i get food B! guess
what i feel? of course im angry! the workers are not sistematic at all! all
mix up work! can u imagine if the workers does this to every customer? it
will definitely be no customer coming to their stall already.
2nd was when i saw some customer requesting for something and the
worker was like angry and start talking to the customer in sort of rough
tone.Is it the way to treat a customer??? is it the right for customer to
complain later?? mana hak assasi pengguna? where is the customer
right? so its better for a stall to treat all customer like king so that it keep the
customer satisfaction top and they will always come to the same t all
the time.right? agree? drop a comment...This also show the imagine of the stall if the service is good definitely the customer will come and eat again right? so its important to keep the customer satisfaction and customer is a king to a any business industry.
