professional vs normal hair cut!
I went for a hair cut in this 2 types of hair cut within 3 months i think and i can tell u guys the differences.When i walked in the professional hair cut the person was i mean the worker everyone was stylish! what i mean is totally different from a normal person hair it was kinda scary but thats pro man! what do you expect then.
when i was my turn to cut my hair i told the guy i wanted this and that style and guess what! the guy was like saying dude keep quiet i know what style suit you! i was like oh damn! im the customer or you??? hahahah! but we cant blame them for doing that thats why their pro! and finally the style cut by them even its not the type i would expected like i want but its OK! so i just said thank you! in pro u can request actually but even you dont know what style you can always ask the pro to design for you.
AND also i would like to talk about price! even the pro price hair cut is expensive but its worth it.It almost worth as the style they cut and pro is better for those guys and girls that love stylish and pro hair cut is right choice but for schooling teenagers normal hair cut is fine.
Well for normal barber hair cut even the price is cheap but its hard for customer to request what they want.Well for me i went to an shop when i step in i told this guy that i wanted this hair style but i end up with different style! i was like mad actually but what can i do? i can just go away from the shop haha!
its kinda hard to request because we are just paying not more than RM10.00 so we cant really request this and that so detail because we are just paying that much of amount so its better to just cut and go haha! well my point right here is just go for a hair cut anywhere you like and dont complain like ME!

marketing and consumer marketing! debate!
We were debating to defend our topic against each other.There were many example given to each other about the topic.
1st group said that profit is 1st then satisfaction because without profit we would not have any money to pay for upgrading our product to satisfy customer right? We as marketing department would aim for profit rather than satisfaction.This also will help us to have a better satisfaction by having a promotion,charity and many more.All this cause us to make profit for the 1st place then only we can have a maintaining customer satisfaction.
We need profit to pay income for our workers right? we need those profit to pay them so that we can come up with a better product for better satisfaction.If there is no profit we cant be paying our workers and there wont be any customer that will serve our product so this shows the important of profit in marketing world.
But for the other group they came out by saying that their customer satisfaction is more important and they given some several example such as they said that without customer we would not have any money! because our income and cash all come from customer so its important to maintain customer.
A satisfy customer will always come and use our product which allows us to make profit from them so that we can uppgrade our product to satisfy them.
Some of them even said that customer is a king for a business industry because they are the one that will be using our product.
But for meeeeee what i think is that both are 1st categorie beacuse both are also very important to marketing industry world.Without customer we cant make profit this shows that this two types(profit and satisfaction customer)is a group that must work together to help a company because when we get to satisfy a customer they will come and buy our product again even though its expensive example like nike? polo? why are they so expensive but still there is customer that buys their product? this is because their product make a profit with the sales and they come out with a better quality to satisfy their old customer.Can u see the combination of this 2 things? this combination are the ones that affect the company overall actually.Quality and services that keeps the customer satisfaction to the marketers.

It was kinda a great addtional for our general knowledege especially for not coffee lover like me?.Starbucks coffee is not just a drinking coffee but there is some knowledge about it you can have it.It sound like a new learning sources for me since now then i a little bit addicted to coffee right now haha! so i can say that to those outside that curious about coffee i just want to stress that even a coffee is just a drink but there is much for us to learn if we have the desire.There is always a room for us to improve.
In starbucks i have learned a lot of things such as the way we can enjoy drinking coffee.There are 4 steps that you have to go thru when drinking a coffee.
1.u smell the coffee
2.u blurpppppp! when u drink
3.locate the taste on your tongue!
4.create coffee description
